Thank god, something new today. At last...

I got two new plugins and a fixed one for you:

New:

plugin_hook_control (Hookmod en- and disabling)
plugin_stryker_anticonc (Anticonc plugin for tfc)

Fixed:

plugin_logd_cavey_tk (Anti-TK plugin, bugfixed and new feature by Spin-out)
