Crashes with recent Steam update

The last Steam update included some changes in the engine interface which introduced incompatibilities with Metamod and its plugins, leading to crashes of Linux servers. As a quick fix we provide you with recompiled binaries of Metamod and Admin Mod (SQL version). In addition, deleting the custom.hpk file is also known to work for some.
