GamesNet is dead, long live GameSurge!
The Admin Mod IRC support channel #adminmod was hosted on the GamesNet IRC network. A ligitation between the founder of GamesNet and the people who were actually running the network was now ended with a final settlement. As a consequence the IRC network cannot use the GamesNet name anymore. The former GN staff has moved the IRC network services to the new name GameSurge. This is where you will find the #adminmod channel, too.
You probably didn't even notice the change as the gamesnet.net IRC servers currently direct you to the gamesurge.net servers but since this is probably not going to be like that for long, better update your connection profiles. |
